Help! Suddenly I can't click on the Notes button in the upper right corner of my windows - I have to use the up arrow to get back to the desktop. I tried renaming the shortcut for the Notes application that's shown in the upper right corner of the window - but it did not help. What do I do?

I was able to resolve this on Windows 10.
I went to Start and typed:
Microsoft notes
and clicked it. It immediately put up a dialog saying there was a problem. I tried to click cancel and nothing happened. I had to try again. Once it came up I was able to click Install, choose 'Notepad, aa' or 'Notes', and then press Next.
After this I was able to get back to the desktop and click on the Notes button.

In Windows 10 you can go to the program manager and remove the old notes for whatever reason they may be. It should fix your issue. If it doesn't, then you can re-install the "old" notes.

Im trying to create a stored procedure that will return me a datagridview, but I keep getting a syntax error at the second line of the code:
